25th February 2009, Abu Dhabi - Al Taif Technical Services (Al Taif), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mubadala Development Company (Mubadala), announced today it has formed a working-level partnership with Injazat Data Systems, another affiliate of Mubadala, for IT and consultancy support. This alliance further demonstrates that technological synergies are being realized within Mubadala's portfolio of companies.  

This strategic alliance was formed through the support of DynCorp International, who was appointed as Al Taif Technical Services prime vendor and partner, to provide management and technical expertise, processes and systems.

Al Taif Technical Services' largest client is the UAE Armed Forces, with whom it has secured a 20-year contract. This contract includes servicing a large and diverse fleet of international military vehicles and equipment, as well as providing stores and inventory management, training and training management, spares provisioning and facilities management services.
