Acting AGM for Banking Sector at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Emad Al-Saraawi said that innovational ideas that lead to boosting performance and level of service are welcomed and supported by KFH's top management. He added that this creates a productive work environment for employees, which allows them to offer better services and products.
It is worth noting that Al-Saraawi has honored KFH employee Amani Abu Azab for offering the best suggestion concerning quality of service during the 2nd Quarter. He went on to say that innovation and excellence in client service is a top KFH priority, which prompted the bank to form a committee that receives suggestions made by employees.
Moreover, Al-Saraawi stated that KFH seeks through that committee to simplify procedures, limit risks, and boost performance and services; thus making profit. He explained that KFH allows its employees to make suggestions through an internal website, and that many employees have been sending suggestions through this website for the past years. He went on to say that the honoring of the employee is a message to all employees that their suggestions and ideas are highly appreciated by KFH, and many suggestions that have been made during the past years have led to several projects, not to mention simplifying work procedures and implementing new systems that boost the level of services.
