Gulf Landscape & Irrigation Systems LLC acquires the coveted
Gulf Landscape & Irrigation Systems LLC (GLIS), a part of Al Khayyat Investment (AKI) Contracting, recently attained the much sought-after Hotel & Garden landscaping project for the St. Regis Hotel in Al Habtoor City, Dubai. This illustrious project is divided into two phases and will take an estimated 16-20 months to be completed. The first phase of the project will focus on the designing and building of landscaping works for the St. Regis Hotel Garden while the second phase will be centered on landscaping works at the Al Habtoor City external areas and the podium area.
Speaking out on the tender, Sam Karzone, CEO of contracting division stated, "We are pleased to have acquired this landmark project which is set to be part of Dubai's prestigious Canal development. GLIS is committed to deliver this project on time building on its values of respecting sustainability of natural resources."
