Kuwait Finance House (KFH) AGM for Banking Sector Mohammed Al-Fouzan said that there are projects to develop the services of Alo Vaitok call center during the coming period, in order to cement quality of service and reach highest levels of client satisfaction. While honoring a number of distinguished call center employees, he stressed the importance of the call center, since it represents the bank to its clients. He went on to say that most call center employees are Kuwaitis, and explained that the call center allows KFH to meet its clients indirectly over the telephone. He highlighted the fact that KFH prioritizes the role of means of communication and interaction with clients, in order to offer them safe and high quality service. This prompts KFH to focus on advanced technology, social networking, automated services, and the call center; especially that KFH receives over 1 million phone calls every month. He mentioned that the call center plays a role in marketing and selling various KFH products and services.

Moreover, Al-Fouzan stated that KFH prioritizes its employees working at the call center through developing their communications skills, in addition to updating them about the latest developments in various fields. He called for more efforts to ensure the satisfaction of KFH's clients; especially that other banks are following in KFH's footsteps, which places more emphasis on KFH's employees, since they can keep KFH ahead of its competitors.

Meanwhile, Call Center Department Manager Meshal Al-Obaid applauded KFH's management for supporting the call center and its employees through implementing the most advanced technology; thus allowing them to offer the best level of services possible. He revealed that the department issues and delivers ATM cards, and soon the call center will allow clients to activate their cards online or over the telephone. He mentioned that the required approvals are being obtained to apply new services that are considered the first of their kind, in order to diversify the services offered to clients. He added that such efforts reinforce KFH's leading status in implementing advanced technology; thus meeting the requirements of clients, such as offering murabaha and insurance services. He asserted that the department is keen to honors its distinguished employees regularly, in order to motivate them to exert more efforts and excel.
