Department of land && Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced a strategic partnership with Massar Institute “MBA” for provision of the training required for all real estate brokers within the emirate. The partnership aims at providing a unique and approved professional programs in accordance with the most up-to-date real estate laws and regulations, making Ajman at the top of the list of main real estate markets in the world.
Massar Establishment “MBA” will also provide advanced levels of basic and specialized training programs, from 1-month in-depth training courses to 3-month intensive diploma program.
Tamara Al Karam, the Director General of Massar institute said: “In collaboration with Department of land && Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, Massar Institute “MBA” has developed an advanced classification system for those concerned in real estate market in Ajman, which allows customers and stakeholders to get knowledge of, and select the best brokers and real estate offices in the market in terms of efficiency and professional experience in real estate sector”.
Through this classification, professionals will be able to achieve three levels, the first level of which will be achieved at the completion of the basic training. The marks system will allow real estate professionals to reach five-star category on the basis of several matters that include: customer reaction and feedback on quality service, performance, number of sale or lease transactions, non-extra-curricular education and commitment to rules and regulations. This will boost competition among real estate leaders to achieve the five-star category.
Yafea Al Faraj, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation added: “In the emirate of Ajman, we working to create an ideal investment environment by introducing laws and legislations that allow the parties concerned in the real estate markers to know their rights and obligations. We also provide the opportunity to get the necessary training in collaboration with Massar Institute to set up an advanced classification system for brokers and real estate offices based on efficiency and professional experience in real estate sector, which will result in enhanced transparency and increased efficiency of real estate sector.
Currently, Massar Institute is in process of developing a real estate portal integrating all the above to enhance transparency in the market. In other hand, the increased demand for properties in Ajman throughout the past years resulted in introduction of new laws and legislations. Hence, the development of specialized training programs with the aim of establishing more regulated real estate market is essential and would contribute significantly to enhancing the confidence of Arab investors and foreign real estate professionals in the real estate market in Ajman for the next phase.
