Abu Dhabi- 7th April, 2012: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange received a high level delegation from Samsung LifeInsurance. The visit, organized by theKorean Embassy in Abu Dhabi, aims to discuss cooperation possibilities betweenSamsung Life Insurance and ADX, and also to strengthen existing collaborationefforts between Abu Dhabi and South Korea.
The high leveldelegation, headed by Mr. Sang-Yong Kwak, Executive Vice President of SamsungLife Insurance, was received by Mr. Rashed Al Baloushi, Chief Executive of AbuDhabi Securities Exchange and top ADX staff.
"I seethis cooperation in various aspects," said Mr. Al Balosuhi "I have avery good impression of Samsung Life Insurance and of South Korea"
"South Korea isone of the major Asian countries that have been able to grow its economy frombeing a developing nation to a developed country. Mr. Al Balosuhi said, "Wewelcome the opportunity to learn from other governments and countries. We thankSamsung Life Insurance for their visit and of their interest in ADX. "
ADX CEOconcluded by saying "The visit provides an opportunity for our Korean partnersto meet with their UAE counterparts and see first-hand possible collaborationopportunities."
At the end oftheir visit, the high level Korean delegation thanked ADX for providing themwith the opportunity to closely look at ADX's projects and achievements.
