Thursday 21st May 2009 - ABAMI Consultancy & Training, the most successful experiential learning and development Company in the Middle East, presented their high-impact learning and development methodologies to a captivated audience at the successful Dubai Knowledge Village (DVK) Training Open Week.

Led by Managing Director, Graham Nugent, the lively seminar entitled 'Developing & Sustaining High Performance Teams' was presented using a variety of experiential learning activities similar to those that underpin ABAMI's hugely successful team development and team dynamics programs.

One of the most highly respected human resource and training specialists in the Gulf, Graham is an accomplished speaker with an energetic and enthusiastic style, enabling delegates to gain first-hand experience of the unique approach to learning and development that has steered ABAMI's success in the Middle East for over 30 years.

The one hour 30 minute seminar on Sunday 10th May, engaged delegates in understanding how the diversity of gender, nationality, culture and education can be turned into corporate strength. Through charting the stages in developing effective and harmonious teams, and recognising the need for ongoing commitment to sustain high performance teams, delegates learnt how the right training program can impact bottom line performance.

Over 20 participants from leading businesses throughout Dubai including Emaar, Amlak Finance, The Monarch and Noor Islamic Bank, participated in the outdoor program running from 2pm-5.30pm. Led by a dedicated ABAMI facilitator team the workshop provided participants with the opportunity to understand and experience the unique  'challenge by choice' activities and methodologies that provide powerful learning experiences and serve to develop and sustain high performance teams.
