Egypt - Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC) (OCDI) will distribute annual cash dividends of EGP 0.550 per share on June 9th, according to the company’s June 6thstatement filed the Egyptian Exchange.
The company stated the dividend will be disbursed to the shareholders recorded on June 6th.
The listed company posted a consolidated net profit of EGP 100.468 million in quarter one (Q1) of 2021.
The real estate developer announced that its gross contracted sales reached EGP 1.85 billion during Q1, 2021, 114% higher when compared to Q1 2020
