Muscat: The number of residential plots granted across the Sultanate has reduced by more than 85 per cent till the end of March 2021, compared to the same period in 2020, according to the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI).

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA), said: "The number of residential plots granted in the Sultanate decreased by the end of March 2021, to reach 1,006, compared to 7,491 plots of land in the same period of the previous year, with a decrease of 86.6 per cent."
