KUWAIT CITY: The Ministry of Interior announced that the General Department of Information Systems, in coordination and cooperation with the General Administration of Investigation has launched an inquiry service concerning cases registered against citizens and residents with the General Administration of Investigations on the Ministry of Interior website, reports Al- Anba daily.

This can be done by entering the official website of the Ministry of Interior www. moi.gov.kw. then clicking on the ‘We care about your opinion’ and ‘selecting the General Administration of Investigations and completing the remaining procedures.’

The Directorate General of Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Interior Ministry stated that this step comes within the framework of the digital transformation of all services provided by the Ministry of Interior, and to complement the services that have been accomplished to simplify the procedures that serve all sectors of the Ministry of Interior and save time, effort and speed of implementation for citizens and residents.

Also, the Ministry of Interior is keen to allow all citizens and residents to have access to the Ministry of Interior website and inquire about cases registered at the General Administration of Investigations without the hassle of visiting the administration
