KUWAIT CITY: The number of Kuwaiti job seekers registered with the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has increased during the past 6 months, and more than those are who do not receive government pension and are neither registered with any educational institution or do not work by 1,031 citizens within two months; the total is 16,001 citizens, reports Al-Qabas daily

The latest statistics, of which Al Qabas has obtained a copy, revealed the number of PhD undergraduates fell to 3 from 4, but a steep rise was seen in the Master’s degree holders, from a mere 12 to a total of 144 citizens.
