Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian president Abdel Fattah El-Sisi appointed sixteen new governors on Wednesday, according to state-run television.

The newly-appointed governors include Abdel Hamid Abdel Aziz as governor of Qalyubia, Gamal Nour EL-Din as governor of Kafr El-Sheikh, Essam Saad El-Din as governor of Assiut, Ahmed Abdullah El-Ansary as governor of El-Fayoum, Tarek Rahmy as governor of Gharbiya, Tarek El-Feky as governor of Sohag, Mohamed El-Sherif as governor of Alexandria, and Khalid Shoaib as governor of Matrouh.

In addition, the appointments also include Ashraf El-Dardiry as governor of Qena, Sherif Fahmy as governor of Ismailia, Ashraf Attia Abdel Bary as governor of Aswan, Amr Hanay as governor of Red Sea, Ibrahim El-Shahawy as governor of Menoufia, Mohamed Hany Gamal El-Din as governor of Beni Suef, Osama El-Kady as governor of Minya, and Ayman Mokhar as governor of Dakahlia.
