An Emirati job seeker should receive a minimum wage of Dh5,000 from the private sector in a recruitment day, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
According to Emarat Al Youm, the ministry said all vacancies at any recruitment day for citizens organised by the ministry must be attractive for job seekers.
The ministry will support institutions that recruit citizens through The Tawteen Partners Club.
It will also encourage Emiratis to search for jobs.
