ABU DHABI - Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) announced the winners of the branch sales and service awards, which are given out each month to employees who outperform at work in three different categories.
The award for the person who achieved the highest incremental sales during the months of April and May between all 36 branches went to Radwan Mohamed, customer service officer, Corniche branch. Mustafa P, customer service officer, Fujairah Branch, bagged the award for the months of June and July. The award for branch - customer services during the month of April was presented to Ahmed Samir Ahmed, supervisor, Zayed Town branch. For the month of June Bibi Rahima, relationship officer, Al Ruwais branch, and Geetha Pallikuth, customer service officer, Fujairah branch, won the award.
The people from ADCB's 24-Hour contact centre who achieved the highest service quality ratings were Zainab Khalaf in April, Ranya Alladin in May, Kamal Al Halawani in June and Nisreen Babiker in July.
The Retail Banking Group, represented by Ajay Bimbhet, head of retail banking and Fatima Al Mansour, head of branches, congratulated the winners and Eirvin Knox, CEO of ADCB gave away the prizes at a ceremony.
