Baghdad - The head of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, Ala Talabani said, "The general budget for next year will be approved without problems or disputes cause everyone wants that."
She told the National Iraqi News Agency "The recent agreement between the center and the region was an important part of the budget and the Kurds are determined to keep it within the budget, and it is an important part of solving disputes and crises that dominated the relationship between the two sides during the previous period."
Talabani added "concerning Peshmerga, there is a financial pay to the salaries of the Peshmerga and this is beginning to resolve other issues, because the solution to the issue of the Peshmerga needs more agreements and law."
The House of Representatives adjourned its meeting held on Thursday to January, 7 after reading it the first reading.
The cabinet voted last Tuesday on passing the budget, which amounts to 125 trillion Iraqi dinars with a deficit of 25 trillion.
