Doha - Construction Management Consultant is organising two project management seminars at the Movenpick Tower Hotel from February 23 to 25, a press release said. Professional Project Management (PMP Certification Preparation) is a technical seminar to help on understanding the competencies and structure of project management through discussions facilitation and practical exercises. It will be held from 8.30am to 1.30pm.

FIDIC Conditions of Contact and Claims Management seminar explains and illustrates the use of the FIDIC conditions of contract for construction (Construction Contract) and the FIDIC conditions of contract for Plant and Design -Build (Design-Build Contract). It will be held from 2.30pm to 7.30pm.
Payment is $1,500 per seminar which includes valuable supporting documents, coffee and lunch breaks, and a certificate of attendance. Registration should be arranged five days prior to the seminar.
