Doha - Al Khayarin Group Trading and Contracting Company, one of the leading construction companies in the local market, won a contract worth QR35m for the construction of Al Jassim Tower at Corniche.
A mid-rise state of the art tower building located at Corniche near Moven Pick Hotel in front of the Qatar Red Crescent building, will be constructed under the supervision of Qatar Design Consortium (QDC) in 18 months starting from November 1, 2006.
The proposed tower will consist of two basements, ground and 14 typical floors and will cost QR35m, a news release said yesterday.
The contractor, Al Khayarin Group, was represented by the Managing Director Mohammed Idrees Anwar at the signing of the contract.
