Doha: Ali Bin Ali Technology Solutions (Abats) signed a contract with the Ministry of Energy and Industry at the ministry's premises.
Ali Bin Ali Technology Solutions was represented by Mohamed Ebrik it's general manager and the Ministry of energy and Industry by engineer Said Mubarak Al Kawary Manager of the Industrial Development department.
Senior staff from both parties attended the signature ceremony, among the presents: Ali Al Sidiki Assistant Manager of the Industrial Development department, Dr Abdel Latif Saoudi assigned Project Manager and Mohamad Fahmy Enterprise Solutions Manager in Ali Bin Ali Technology Solutions.
The aim of this project is to provide the ministry with an integrated electronic business system which provides facilities by building Internet and intranet portals for the ministry's internal operations and public services.
The integrated business solution will enhance the Ministry of Energy & Industry's global interaction with the public through e-servicing, by providing specific information about citizens, organizations, and employees, resulting in the reduction of time and clerical activities in the existing manual system.
Services will also include the development of a single form for all licensing activities, improvement in operations by streamlining the activities, improvement of efficiency of processes by sharing information, improvement of availability, timely and accurate information that is necessary for improved management decisions, improvement of image and services, generation of increased revenue and reduction of expenditure, as well as re-engineering and advancing the process for a faster response to changing conditions.
