Cairo: Egypt’s newly-established Enmaa for Real Estate Development has launched its project debut – The Iris – in the country’s new administrative capital, said a senior official on Thursday.

The commercial, administrative, and medical project will include 300 units with spaces starting from 60 square metres, its sales manager Ahmed Yassin further told Amwal Al Ghad.

“We will start delivering the project, which spans over 6,844 square metres, within 2022,” Yassin said.

The company is looking to implement another administrative and commercial flagship in the new capital, he added. Source: Amwal Alghad
