Zanzibar, Feb 26th, 2013 (WAM)--President of Zanzibar Dr Ali Mohammed Shein, today received UAE Ambassador to the United Republic of Tanzania, who called to mark the end of his tenure in Tanzania.
The President of Zanzibar praised the role of the UAE envoy in promoting the bilateral ties between the two countries through the charity projects and humanitarian aid in Zanzibar and Tanzania. For his part, the outgoing UAE ambassador Dr Shein thanked the governments of Tanzania and Zanzibar for the cooperation they had exhibited during his tenure.
