Panasonic launched a beauty and grooming products for men and women at the Crowne Plaza Muscat on Monday. The gadget, Foam Epilator, promises a safer, easier and faster removal of body hair of women. Speaking on the occasion, Renita Lobo, marketing executive of Panasonic Dubai, said, "The gadget is considered to be a technological break-through in epilation, a process which has made women all over the world search for a speedy yet gentle technique to obtain allergy-free and long-lasting smoothness after hair removal."
She added that the gadget can be used in wet and dry conditions as well. "It has 48 tweezers and comes in three categories - ESWD 42, 72 and 62. There is also a facility in the gadget which can be used to treat dry feet. The new foam epilator comes in turquoise, teal, and pink, recharges quickly and easily adapts to universal voltage settings."
Two men's trimmers were also unveiled on the occasion. The launch event was attended by officials from OMASCO and Panasonic Electric Works in Dubai. Katsuki Nishimura, manager, Home Appliance Division, Panasonic, Middle East, said, "Women of different nationalities living in different environments have special requirements and we make sure we customise our products accordingly."
These products are available in all Panasonic retail stores, authorised dealers and hypermarkets across the sultanate. The men's and women's products are available in the RO22-32 price range.
