Cairo –   Orascom Development Egypt announced that it has retaken possession of Amoun Island in Aswan in cooperation with the Egyptian General Company for Tourism and Hotels (EGOTH).

The company is currently conducting a study to develop the Island, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

It is noteworthy that during the first nine months of 2019, Orascom Development Egypt reported net profits of EGP 501.2 million, up from EGP 274.06 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
