Dubai – Nshama, the Dubai-based developer, has announced that it awarded Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) an AED 310.02 million ($84.4 million) contract for the design and construction of the UNA apartments in Town Square Dubai.
Situated on 90,350 square metres, UNA Apartments comprises G+2P+9 storey buildings, along with various retail areas, according to a company statement.
“Town Square Dubai sets the benchmark for future developments in Dubai and the region to appeal to the ‘new’ generation,” Nshama’s CEO Fred Durie commented.
With a planned design and construction period of 30 25 months, UNA Apartments will incorporate 192 studios and 764 one-bedroom apartments.
