Some 54,000 tons of goods valued at dlrs 50 million were exported from North Khorasan in the last Iranian year to March 19.
Announcing this on Saturday, head of North Khorasan Customs Office said that the goods were sent to Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and the Persian Gulf littoral states.
Javad Jafari noted that the commodities included crystals, steel products, glue, paints, plastic wares, foodstuff and industrial detergents.
So far, over dlrs 7 million worth of goods were exported via the provincial customs office which began operation in December 2007.
