Tasbas holds extensive knowledge of hotel management and operations, pre-openings, team building and management, cost and risk management, budget and planning, forecasting, investment decisions, treasury management and financial reporting and presentation.

Some of his previous positions include Multi-property director of finance and accounting at Goddess of Bodrum Hotel & Spa, general manager at The Grand Blue Sky Hotel, general manager/ director of finance at Rixos Hotels/Accor Hotels Group and director of finance at K?l?c Holding AS in Bodrum, Turkey.
