Kashan - Tehran, Rey and Shemiranat constituencies' representative at Parliament said here Wednesday although Supreme Leader is not infallible, during 12th Imam's absence he is in Messenger of Allah's status. According to the IRNA correspondent in Kashan, Ali-Asghar Zare'ie made the comment at the Sagaciousness Cultural-Political Gathering held at Kashan's Az-Zahra Circle, reiterating, 'In order that the people will not go astray and they would be able to tell the truth from falsehood, they have to be the followers of absolute leadership of the Supreme Source of Jurisprudence (Valayat-e Faqih).'

and the sagacious Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khameneie are both the same, and that is the Right Path, adding, 'We should not go astray and deviate from this Right Path.'
The 'Valayat-e Faqih' theory presented and implemented by the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the late Imam Khomeini
after gaining the nation's approval, is one of the main pillars of the IRI Constitution and gives the absolute right for spiritual and material supervision of the Supreme Leader over the entire aspects of the country's affairs.
