Abu Dhabi, July 21st, 2008 (WAM)--Abu Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council (ADEC) General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, headed here today at his court the ordinary weekly meeting of the (ADEC).
Sheikh Mohammed was briefed on a number of issues, projects and memos submitted by some public departments and institutions in Abu Dhabi emirate. The ADEC has endorsed the budget to execute park and Al Ain resort owned by the General Corporation for Al Ain Zoo and aquatic habitat. It also endorsed a memo on Al Mafraq- Al Ghuwaifat road project and Khalifa city B road and face-lifting of Al Ain- Nahil road. The ADEC also approved to study endorsement of Al Fowa budget for year 2008. It approved the budget of the Civil Service Department for years 2008 and 2009, as recommended by Abu Dhabi Finance Department.Copyright Emirates News Agency (WAM) 2008.
