The MoU, signed in the presence of Speakers Fouzia Zainal and Abdulkarim Dughmi, stipulates working together to enhance, strengthen and develop co-operation through parliamentary tools across various fields.

The two parties will also work on exchanging delegations in order to benefit from their parliamentary experiences and activities.

Under the MoU, the two sides will exchange views on issues on the agendas of regional and international parliamentary organisations attended by representatives of the two councils to reach a common vision on these issues. The two sides will also form joint working groups.
