Abu Dhabi, June 11th, 2007 (WAM) - The Environment Agency - AbuDhabi (EAD) will organise on Wednesday an awareness lecture titled 'TheMiracles of the Holy Quran and Climate Change', in collaboration withThe Family Development Foundation.

The lecture will be followed by a discussion session about therole of the individual in combating global warming.

The seminar will be presented in Arabic by renowned Egyptian scholarProf. Dr. Zaghloul Al Najjar, a prominent figure in the scientific miraclesof the Holy Quran was chosen as the Dubai International Holy Quran Award's(DIHQA) Islamic Personality of 2006.

Dr Al Najjar is the chairman of the Committee of Scientific Miralesin the Holy Quran and a member of the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairsin Egypt. Moreover, Dr Al Najjar is considered the first scholar to linkthe scientific miracles in the Quran with modern science.
