ITEC, one of the providers of electronic document management (EDC), business process management (BPM) and customer communication management (CCM) solutions, recently participated in the first scientific day for electronic archiving which was organised by the Jordanian Engineers Association (JEA) early this month.
During the event, ITEC delivered a lecture demonstrating the various advantages of implementing electronic document archiving systems, including reducing operational costs of any enterprise and achieving significant revenue growth. "We find it prudent to take part in such events, which help raise awareness about electronic archiving systems and their benefits and provide an opportunity for experience-sharing with key players in the region," said ITEC's General Manager Jihad Jaljouli. "Electronic document archiving is often perceived as a luxury system that only high- profile organisations can afford. At ITEC, we implemented several electronic document archiving systems that helped organisations significantly reduce their operational costs," he added.
