ITEC, a provider of electronic document management, business process management and customer communication management solutions, recently organised a training programme for regional partners across the Levant and the Gulf Cooperation Council. The two-day training programme, which was held at ITEC's head office in Amman, aimed at providing ITEC's partners with intensive training on the latest technologies thus empowering partners to render higher service levels to their clients. Jihad Jaljouli, the general manager of ITEC said: "ITEC enjoys a strong network of partners across the region.
With this intensive training programme we wanted to keep our partners abreast of the latest IT solutions offered at ITEC and discuss ways to optimise ITEC's solutions to meet the ever-changing business needs in the various regional markets."
