For the fifth time, Holiday Inn Amman Hotel has been honored with the 2010 Quality Excellence Award.
The award stands in recognition of the Hotel's superior service and is reserved for hotels that are in the top 7% of the IHG EMEA group for Overall Satisfaction (OSAT). It is also the greatest indication that the hotel is in line with overall standards compliance of IHG internationally.
The award was received by Holiday Inn Amman Hotel General Manager Mr Ismail Al-Hassan during a ceremony held in Cairo. Hassan said, "This award is the result of the hard work of the hotel management and its employees and it is a great honor for a hotel to receive even one award let alone five; we are truly humbled. Our only goal is to constantly strive to make guest satisfaction our highest priority and to maintain the quality of services our guests have come to know from the Holiday Inn Amman Hotel. It is our hope that in the future we can continue to live up to these standards and to lead the way for other IHG hotel in the region.
