Abu Dhabi, Oct 03rd, 2009 (WAM): 'Hadeed Emirates Contracting' Company has entered into a contract with 'Zamil Steel' company, one of the Zamil Industrial Investment companies 'Zamil Industries' for implementation of Al-Zamil Steel expansion project in Ras Al Khaimah on an area of 5800 square meters.
The value of total investments of the project reaches approximately Dhs20m. "Zamil Steel Project is considered an important addition to the track of national industry in United Arab Emirates, clarifying that the project is one of the leading projects in the Gulf and Middle East region for the production of Steel structures", Sameer Dabbas, Chief Executive Officer of "Hadeed" said. "The contract items include the construction, by "Hadeed", of steel buildings civil works and electro-mechanic works, in addition to the completion of finishing works of the project" Dabbas said, "HEC" being the certified builder of Zamil Steel, has dedicated its best teams for completion of "Zamil Steel" expansion project which comply with the internationally and regionally increasing demand on the Fabrication of Steel structures." This has enabled the company to complete several giant projects before the end of the specified timetable, expecting that the work volume of "HEC" would reach about Dhs400m at the end of the present year and pointing out in this context that "HEC" has succeeded in the completion of about 210 projects inside the country.
