Building on its position as a top tier UAE law practice, Hadef & Partners has in the past months increased head count signalling positive growth. The firm's Emiratisation program also provides bright and talented Emirati legal graduates and young lawyers with opportunities to join its large team of advocates. Recent additions to the firm include:

Commercial and Property - Two new senior associates Lindsey Naylor and Victoria Woods have joined the Commercial / Real Estate practice as senior property lawyers. Lindsey works with offshore and UAE based companies, developers, investors, financial institutions and corporate entities regularly advising them on various issues relating to commercial matters and real estate in the UAE. Victoria advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters and predominantly focuses in the digital media, biotechnology, medical and information communications and technology sectors.

Dispute Resolution - James Baldwin and Jan-Carl Stjernsward have been recently hired as associates in the dispute resolution team. Prior to joining Hadef, James worked in Manchester as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor and Jan worked in London and Paris for two years as a Trainee Solicitor. Melissa Quai has recently joined the team as a senior legal consultant; she has previously worked in London, Moscow and Australia and has a wide range of litigation and arbitration experience acting for major international banks and corporations. There has been further expansion of the team with the addition of Abdalla Ateeq Johar who was recently hired as a Trainee lawyer and Khalid Naour as a Court Clerk. 

Corporate - Mohammed Ali AlDahbashi is the newest member joining the corporate team as an associate. Prior to joining Hadef, Mohammed worked at Mubadala Development Company in Abu Dhabi for two years.  

Hadef & Partners currently has over 75 lawyers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, offering clients dedicated teams of specialists in each sector and area of expertise. The firm is on track to bring on-board further legal staff this coming financial year.
