BAGHDAD: The Chairman of the Iraqi Higher Islamic Council Ammar Al-Hakeem held talks with the Fadhila (Chastity) Party Secretary General Hashim Al-Hashimi how to transform the National Alliance Bloc into political institution, as stated by the Council.
The statement, copy received by Aswat al-Iraq, added that "Hashimi discussed with Al-Hakeem the mechanism how to transform the National Alliance Bloc into political institution with its special agenda, program and goals to counter the internal and external challenges."
