Dubai: Dubai-based developer Damac Properties has appointed Intermass Engineering and Contracting Co LLC as the main contractor for its Lago Vista project in the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).
The project, spread over more than one million square feet, will be completed by September 2009.
"Intermass is a leader in the engineering and construction industry in the country today and their appointment as main contractors is due to our faith in the quality of their work.
"We have no doubt that they will deliver a product that offers state-of-the-art luxury and comfort to the residents at Lago Vista," Peter Riddoch, CEO of Damac Properties, said.
"As of today, all the excavation of raft foundations and shoring with main roads is completed. This project at IMPZ will be built to the highest construction guidelines offering the latest in living standards.
