The Croatian Advisor added in statement to SANA that talks between the two sides pushed relations forward through setting bases and rules that would be put into effect through bilateral agreements in the interest of the two courtiers.

For his part, Chairman of the Croatian Chamber of Economy Nadan Vidosevic described economic relations between Syria and Croatia as fit for rapid development, expressing hope that cooperation would expand from cooperation in the field of oil to other fields including transportation, irrigation and tourism.
