Investigators in the United Nations on human rights, said that a larger number of Syrian opposition fighters are splitting and have joined the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.

"ISIS" organization in what they described as "giving the Syrian character " or making a "copy " of the organization.

The members of the Independent Inquiry Committee on Syria, which was established by the Human Rights Council of the United Nations in September 2011 briefed the UN Security Council on the latest reports of the Committee informally on Friday before being submitted this week.

The Chairman of the Brazilian Inquiry Commission , Paulo Pinheiro said that ISIS organization witness a copying operation .

He told reporters "What began as a large number of foreign fighters has now become Syrian citizens actually."

He added that "We see a number of Syrians joining ISIS organization more than ever before."

He said that there are an estimated ten thousand and 15 thousand foreign fighters from different groups are fighting the forces of President ,Bashar al-Assad.

The committee's member , Karen Koning Abu Zayd said that most Syrians who are joining ISIS organization are splitting forn other groups of armed opposition fighting in the civil war in Syria, which has entered its fourth year.

Koning said to reporters, "They believe that those men are strong and these guys earn their battles and control the land and they have money and can train us."

Pinheiro said that the group is a "strong candidate" because it is being added to a secret list prepared by the investigation for suspected war crimes in Syria.

He said that his message to the UN Security Council on Friday is "Please do not forget Syria."

UN investigators were not able to enter Syria directly and do their work. They rely on interviews with refugees and contact with victims and witnesses in Syria through telephone , Skype , photos, videos , satellite images , autopsy reports and medical reports. Investigators are seeking to verify to a certain level where they have a "reasonable basis to believe" on an incident.

Britain's ambassador to the United Nations , Mark Lyall Grant said after the meeting arranged by Britain that "We hear the shock breaches and violations that occur against innocent civilians."

He said, " all offenders must be held accountable."

Pinheiro criticized without mentioning the names of "influential countries" to support the position of the mysterious accountability for crimes committed in Syria and the campaign to reach a political solution at the same time help the warring parties.

He added that the parties in Syria committed all humanity violations including torture and executions without trial.

He said, "We are not in a position to say who will win the World Cup in human rights violations.
