BEIJING - China's state planner said on Thursday that it had approved urban railway projects worth a total of 113.89 billion yuan ($16.9 billion) in Zhengzhou city, the capital of central Henan province.
The projects that include six new subway lines are expected to span 326.54 kilometers when completed by 2024, according to a statement from the National Development and Reform Commission.
