Mubasher: UK real estate services firm Chestertons is expanding its operations in Spain, Greece, Cyprus, and Morocco, according to a press release on Wednesday.

This move will help British expats and investors from the Middle East region to invest in property in these countries.

Chestertons will expand through its global franchise model, which offers local experts the chance to weather the storm and grow their businesses, with the backing of a global network of expertise and support, CEO of Global Franchising, Nick Witty, commented.

The British company has launched its franchise division, Chestertons Global Franchise Holdings, in 2019, with a network represented in 21 countries including those in the Middle East, Asia, UK, Europe, and the Caribbean.

In Spain, Chestertons partnered with Team Espa?a, which will now be operating as Chestertons Costa del Sol. The business is headquartered in Marbella, and is expected to expand across the Costa del Sol region over the coming three years.

Chestertons will also represent beachfront properties, private estates, and development land on the Greek islands of Corfu, Paxos, Lefkada, Ithaca, Kefalonia, and Zakynthos.

In Morroco, JK Real Estate joined Chestertons network to operate as Chestertons Morocco. The launch marks the first Chestertons office to open in Africa.

As for Chestertons Cyprus office, which is the most recent franchise, it is expected to prove popular with the Middle East market with a plethora of opulent properties and golden visa program through real estate investment, according to the press release.
