DOHA: CBM Pte Ltd and Afrina have successfully formed a joint venture facility management (FM) company, CBM-Afrina LLC, providing integrated FM services to clients in Qatar. With Kenneth Sim, Centre Director of Doha Office, International Enterprise Singapore, as the witness, Abdul Hannan Mohamed, CEO of Afrina, and Roy Chiang, CEO of CBM, signed the Joint Venture documents to formally establish CBM-Afrina LLC on 18 August 2009.
