CALTEX Bahrain has donated the American Mission Hospital (AMH) a new colonoscope through the company’s Gold Sponsorship of last year’s AAB-AMH Island Classic charity golf tournament.
"Caltex Bahrain’s generous donation has enabled the AMH to purchase a new colonoscope. The company has supported the hospital as a Gold Sponsor of the golf tournament since its inception and we are delighted that once again Caltex Bahrain is supporting us in 2003," the AMH Chief of medical Staff, Dr Henk Schaap, said.
The General Manager of Caltex Bahrain, Majeed Shafea, said: "We are pleased to be able to present the colonoscope to the AMH as part of its drive for new equipment. The hospital continues to play an important role in the Kingdom and we are pleased that as part of our commitment to the community, we have been able to contribute to the hospital’s expansion and its equipment fund in the past few years."
