COPENHAGEN, May 9 (Reuters) - Danish Energy Agency said on Friday:

* Statoil ASA STL.OL , E.ON Wind Europe EONGn.DE , Vattenfall Wind Power VATN.UL and Dong Energy Wind Power DOENRY.UL have been prequalified for the tender of the Horns Rev 3 offshore wind farm.

* They have been selected to submit a first indicative offer for the concession contract where price is the only criteria.
