SHARJAH, 22nd August, 2015 (WAM) -- Bee?ah, an environmental waste management company, has discussed with municipal officials in Saudi Arabia ways to bring innovative waste management system in the Kingdom into an advanced level.

Last week, a delegation of senior Bee?ah executives joined the company?s Country Manager, Ahmed Al Juhany in Saudi Arabia to discuss areas of potential cooperation with representatives of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Regional Municipality?s waste management team.

The Bee?ah delegation, headed by Chief Operating Officer Fahed Shehail, presented a range of potential ultra-modern projects, including zero waste to landfill systems, improving recycling processes at all levels of society, and educating citizens about sustainability.

Shehail said, "We were delighted to have the opportunity to meet with representatives of the Regional Municipality?s waste management team in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, to discuss areas of potential cooperation." "Bee?ah has considerable expertise in cutting edge waste management systems and processes, as we have invested significantly in world-class technology during recent years, which are capable of modernising waste management across the GCC," he added.

During the visit, Bee?ah?s team presented vital information on ways in which Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah can completely eradicate the need to send waste to landfill, as well as how to effectively encourage citizens and businesses to participate in environmentally-beneficial recycling schemes.

Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO of Bee?ah commented on the visit saying, "Bee?ah has won many awards in recent years for its best-in-class environmental waste management schemes and for its innovative approach to challenging old-fashioned waste disposal methodologies, including turning waste into energy."
