The newly established company has signed an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in the Egyptian IVF Centre as its first investment in the specialised healthcare sector, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The company is obtaining the necessary approvals from the Ministry of Health and implementing the necessary measures at the stock market to complete the acquisition process.
Previously, the board of B Investments has approved EGP 200 million investments in the healthcare unit.
