Sept 23 (Reuters) - The Asia-Pacific crude oil market firmed on Monday with a cargo of Kutubu crude sold at a higher premium than the previous month, as supply remains tight despite increases in Libyan exports.
Field maintenance in Australia, Papua New Guinea and East Timor will curb exports of sweet crude and condensate, with shipments seen slightly lower in November compared to the previous month.
In addition, Nigerian exports of Bonny Light is scheduled to fall to 77,000 bpd in November, compared with 95,000 bpd in October, with Qatari Qatari condensate supply also limited.
The Brent-Dubai spread widened slightly on Monday to around $4.6 a barrel, but remains well below the high levels caused by Libyan output shortages in recent weeks.

- Oil Search sold 600,000 barrels of Kutubu for November loading to Caltex Australia at a premium of more than $3 a barrel to Dated Brent.
- Inpex sold 400,000 barrels of Van Gogh for November loading at more than $4 a barrel above Dated Brent.
- ONGC sold 700,000 barrels of Sokol crude for Nov. 22-25 loading to BP at $9.5 above the Oman/Dubai average.

- Oil pumping to Iraq's southern export terminals rose sharply on Monday, according to shipping data, indicating a leaking pipeline that reduced the flow last week has been fixed.
The flow rate stood at 2.33 million barrels per day (bpd) on Monday, the data showed, up from 1.92 million bpd on Sunday. Iraq exported 2.3 million bpd from its southern ports in August.
- Russia's Rosneft enough reserves to honour its oil deals with Asian buyers while feeding domestic refineries, an executive with pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Friday, intensifying a spat between the two rivals.
- China's crude oil imports from Iran reached 436,296 barrels per day in August, up 17.54 percent from the same month last year, suggesting that importers are struggling to comply with U.S. sanctions aimed at curbing Tehran's disputed nuclear programme.
- China's commercial crude oil inventories rose 9.67 percent by the end of August from a month earlier, official news agency Xinhua said.
