Doha - In coordination with International Training and Consultant Center, the Human Resources Department of Public Works Authority "Ashghal" conducted an internal training programme entitled "Developing work systems and streamlining procedures."
The objective of the programme was to identify the nature and importance of the functions of the organization. It also aimed to introduce the quintet model in designing administrative systems, develop the skills of job study and streamline procedures.
The programme, offered by Prof. Dr Omar Tanobi, dealt with the humanitarian aspects of organization, methods and system of administrative, management and system design, job study (objectives, procedures, planning, phases, methods etc), information collection etc.
The participants included Wadhi Al Hajri, Ali Dasmal Al Kuwari, Fahad Abdulrahman Al Haidos, Ali Shaheen Al Sulaiti, Mashail Aid Al Shahwani, Wadhi Al Shahwani, Zamzam Al Maliki, Moza Malallah Al Obaidali, Nasser Mohammed Al Midfa, Faisal Amin Juma, Adel Abbas Hassan, Hamad Al Noaimi, Ajayeb Abdulla Al Marri, Abeer Bilal Saad, Abdul Aziz Shayef and Ali Al Kabi.
