Muscat – A new app is set to make commercial transactions smooth and fast. eHissab, a business solution, allows users to create invoices and receive payments swiftly. The app aims to offer a solution for an effortless invoicing process and quicker payment recoveries through a few clicks.

The app has been developed by Hilal al Saleh and his wife Zahra Rizvi. Speaking about the app, Zahra said, “eHissab is professional, quick and easy to use and understand. With eHissab, one can create invoices within minutes and receive payments in seconds. One needs simply to add the customer’s name and details along with the amount to be invoiced and the customer receives an invoice with a payment link to choose the preferred payment method. With eHissab, the invoicing process is easier, quicker and more efficient.”

Through the app, the parties involved can share invoices on multiple platforms – email, phone, Whatsapp and other social media – and receive payments immediately. The app comes in two languages (English and Arabic), provides real time alerts and is compatible with all mobile and desktop devices, including Android and iPhone.

“There are many benefits of this app even for small and medium-sized businesses. Through eHissab, one can also track receipts and payments and monitor all transactions, so you stay updated with your bills and payments. It is simple to use, secure, increases efficiency, and reduces time-consuming tasks saving up to 3-5 hours every week,” Saleh said.

The app handles payments through all local banks.

“The app is based on an open application programming interface and hence your customer and you will receive notifications concerning all transactions keeping things very transparent,” Saleh added.
