Algiers - Abdelaziz Belkhadem, Special Representative of Algerian President said on Wednesday that threats will not stop the International Atomic Energy Agency member states from their national nuclear programs. He told IRNA that the United Nations specialized agency must not be influenced by the United States and the other nuclear weapons states to challenge Iran's peaceful nuclear program.
Belkhadem, who is also the chairman of Algerian National Liberation Front, said that the nuclear weapons states must not create obstacles for Iran's national nuclear program while Israel possesses stockpiles of nuclear warheads.
He derided Tel Aviv regime for making hue and cry over Iranian nuclear program while it possesses stockpiles of nuclear arms which jeopardize peace and security in the Middle East.
The Algerian political leader said that Iran must stand firm to thwart the propaganda campaign against its peaceful nuclear program.
Belkhadem said that the international community is well aware of the Israeli attempt to deprive the Muslim nations of nuclear technology.
