DUBAI, March 9 (Reuters) - Abu Dhabi International Airport said on Wednesday it was resuming normal flight operations, after announcing about an hour earlier that it had suspended flights out of safety concerns amid severe weather conditions.

There were heavy rain and strong winds in the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday.
